How Easypin Works?
Easypin is a comprehensive system solution for managing guest arrivals using electronic keys and smart locks. It enables self check-in without the owner's presence, providing a seamless and automated entry experience for guests.
Once a reservation is confirmed, the owner simply enters the check-in and check-out dates, along with the room or apartment number, into the Easypin system. The system then automatically sends the guest a unique PIN code via email or SMS. At the same time, the code is stored in the access control device or electronic lock installed on the property. The PIN code is valid only for the reserved period and is automatically deactivated after expiration.
Easypin can also integrate with existing property management software (PMS – Property Management System and CM – Channel Manager), allowing owners to complete the missing link for full automation of their hospitality operations.

- Unlocking and locking with a key is still possible.

Easypin has completely transformed the operation of Capsule Hostel in Ljubljana. The system allows guests to access their capsules and common areas independently, without the need for physical presence of a receptionist or host. PIN codes are sent upon booking, meaning guests can arrive anytime without waiting or complications. Security is ensured as codes are automatically deactivated after check-out.
