Easykey is our own innovative solution for securely storing physical keys, designed for convenient and worry-free accommodation check-ins. It allows guests to easily collect their keys upon arrival without the need for direct contact with the host.
In our offer, we have 4, 8, 12, and 16-compartment units, as well as a single compartment box, which is mainly intended for Airbnb accommodations.

Electronic Key Storage Box for Airbnb Accommodations
The SMART KEY-BOX is equipped with a fingerprint sensor (especially convenient for on-site personnel such as owners, cleaners, maintenance staff, etc.), an MF/NFC card reader, and a keypad for entering a code.
After entering the PIN code, the lock on the box opens, granting access to its contents. Using the Easypin app, you can open the electronic key box, enable or restrict access for your guests, and track who accessed the box and when.
The device allows for two types of mounting:
- Wall attachment.
- Hanging (e.g., on a fence, like a lockbox).
Features:
- Waterproof: Suitable for outdoor use, with an operating temperature range from -25°C to 55°C.
- Durable: The zinc alloy frame is strong and durable, capable of withstanding drops from up to 1 meter.
- Backup Power: Designed with a USB port for charging. In case of emergency, a portable battery can be used for power.
How EasyKey Works?
Each guest receives a unique PIN code, which they enter on the Easykey cabinet's keypad. After entering the correct code, the designated compartment containing the room or apartment key opens. The guest’s PIN codes are automatically sent to the cabinet via the EasyPin system, and guests receive them via email or SMS. The guest’s PIN code also opens the building entrance if the door is equipped with a keypad and electric lock (video).
Upon entering the code, the compartment with the corresponding key opens, allowing for a quick and easy key pickup.
Easykey also enables cleaning staff and authorized personnel to access all compartments using a master code, simplifying accommodation management.
The property manager also has remote access, allowing them to open the main door and individual compartments remotely via a mobile app.
